In a clinic, the cage is the surface a patient is in contact with for the longest time. The cage material therefore directly determines infection control, cleaning time and how many years the product will last. We designed our fiberglass cage units around exactly these three criteria.

One-piece, leak-proof body

The cage body is produced as a single piece in a custom mould. There are no joints, weld marks or seams in the corners. Liquids, urine and disinfectants cannot collect anywhere, which prevents both odour and bacterial build-up. The body is 100% leak-proof.

Resistant to chemicals and heat

The fiberglass we use is in the same class as the material developed for boats to withstand seawater and sun. Chlorine-based disinfectants, alcohol and hot water used in clinics do not dull, crack or discolour the surface.

Stainless steel doors and hinges

Doors and hinges are stainless steel. Parts that are opened, closed and disinfected constantly must not corrode; this is the single detail that most determines product life.

Daily cleaning

Thanks to the smooth surface, cleaning takes a few minutes with water and disinfectant. With no corners or seams that need scrubbing, staff time drops significantly.
